Inspired by the success of the Fisherman's Wharf in Gold
Coast, Australia and our local experience at Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur, the Food Beverage & Entertainment Centre is conceived
to satisfy the increasingly large numbers of young professionals and expatriates working and living in the surrounding industrial
parks and housing estates. However, unlike Bangsar, the Centre is purpose-built with ample parking bays and specially designed
pedestrian walkways that provide a conducive atmosphere for an evening of leisure and entertainment for the whole family as
well as the yuppies. It will also appeal to tourists. The centre comprises four rows of shops linked by a common pedestrian
walk away that is traffic free.
